Stage 3 – Health and Wellbeing – building self-esteem, healthy eating/cooking, mental health, actions and reactions, physical activity, taking care of your teeth

Stage 4 – Choose respect – gender stereotypes, anti-bullying, no room for racism, being an active bystander, change is life!

Stage 5 – School Transition – hopes and fears, responsibilities and expectations, resilience and self-esteem, transition passport

KS3 Upwards

Stage 1 – My life, circle, and friends – hobbies and interests, dreams and aspirations, hopes and fears

Stage 2 – Building me up – IT skills, CV writing, PowerPoint, careers, interview skills_

Stage 3 – Show me the Money – banking, budgeting, bills, money management

Stage 4 – Culture Rich – music, poetry, art, film, museum, and history

Stage 5 – Look Good, Feel Good- personal hygiene and manners, healthy food vs junk food, personal health check

Stage 6 – Optimum Health – personal fitness, nutrition, first aid basics, workouts, health questionnaire

Stage 7 – Leadership – working in a team, decision making, handling conflict, choices and consequences, influences, and communication

Our dress code encourages comfortable, casual, and appropriate clothing. To maintain a respectful environment, please avoid clothing with offensive slogans and do not wear hoods.

Safe and Sound deliver the BETA Programme, which offers a variety of activities and support. Once a placement is confirmed, our mentors will work with the student to create a personalised development plan tailored to their needs within the mentoring programme.
