KS2 pupils recently embarked on an exciting adventure to The Hills Plantation, Respect School’s 30-acre leased site nestled in the picturesque Staffordshire countryside, within the South Peak District. This excursion provided the perfect opportunity for our young adventurers to immerse themselves in the wonders of nature.
One of the highlights of the trip was the chance for our pupils to demonstrate their teamwork and resourcefulness as they set up and later packed down their pop-up camp. Located in a wild and moderately untamed area of woodland, this experience provided invaluable lessons in self-reliance and resilience.

As our students returned from their expedition, they brought back with them memories, newfound skills, and a deeper appreciation for the natural world.
